Abingdon Road

Abingdon Road comprises of two new build town houses located in the heart of Kensington. Each property has approximately 6,000 sq/ft of living space over six levels.

The scope of the project included the demolition of an existing residential building, construction of a three-storey basement and three upper levels, fully integrated building services, and both internal and external finishes. Each house was given the highest specification of finish with fine bespoke joinery, luxury marble, sanitaryware and soft furnishings throughout. A sophisticated home automation and an audio-visual system complement the appointments.
